If it's the same one I'm thinking of and have as 'Ai Yori Aoshi ep. 0,' it's a five-minute trailerish piece which mostly features Aoi and Kaoru and most of the main female cast (I don't recall Miyabi being part of this) having lunch outside and discussing what they'd like to do in the future. Aoi, of course, says that she wants to be a bride. No part of this is in the regular series, and I don't know if Pioneer will include it in the R1 release. Then again, given all the extras they included in Amazing Nurse Nanako, chances are good that they will.
