Oni was very anime-styled. I actually liked the opening movie, tho the actual game was pretty weak. Phantasy Star Online has some anime stylings, there's a PC version of that. Technically 'Sin' was an anime game, just the anime came later well after Sin's very short lifespan.
In Japan there's probably plenty of anime games. Probably alot of dating sims and low-spec type stuff.

And let us not forget Knights of Xentar and all the extra fun games such as Metal and Lace. *nods nods*

Are you only referring to games in english? There are a bunch of Japanese anime games, but they tend to be horribly crappy, e.g. running at 640 x 480. They are kind of cute in the sense that they take a show and makes references to it. For example, there are a couple of Azumanga based games that look like they came from the 80's. There is also this game called Air Rade (based on the date sim Air) except this is a 2D shooter. It's kinda funny how you get to play as some schoolgrrl, and get powerups and weapons of mass destruction and mow down the droves of bad guys that come at you... <drool>

How about Robot Alchemic Drive? For PS2, IIRC. It's very much like the old Gigantor show; you play as a kid remote-controlling a giant robot fighting other giant robots. You have to move yourself as well as the giant robot so you don't get stepped on ^_^.

says... Both Slave Zero and Shogo are from North American developers - Accolade and Monolith respectively. I wasn't implying otherwise. The original poster mentioned Oni which is from Bungie, another North American developer. I was referring the the style, influences, and overall feel of the games rather than their origins. I can think if only three games developed in Japan that are available for Wintel boxes; Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII and Grandia II.
