Squenix Is Looking For An Editor .

Gia from a geek by any other name- blog reports that Squenix is hiring an English editor in Tokyo to avoid any English mistakes.

The duties of an English editor is to edit and proofread in-game text and voice scripts for large-scale video game projects.Copy-edit promotional materials, manuals, and various sell text. Work with translation staff to ensure style consistency across multiple titles.

The editor is responsible for maintaining a high standard of in-game text, and maintaining a set style between multiple staff translators.

And the best part is, in order to apply, you have to write…fanfiction! Square Enix fanfiction, sure, but fanfiction nonetheless.

Wanna give it a try?

Soul Eater

When was the last time you watched something that you haven’t watched for along time and not only it brought back good memories it was so exiting that you didn’t want to stop, that’s what happened to Paul Bates from Bateszi anime blog when he saw an episode of the Soul Eater.

Sometimes it’s easy to take Soul Eater for granted because every episode is so consistently and stylishly animated. But like I said above, I’ve been away from this series for too long. When I finished these two episodes, I really had the urge to just race through the rest right there and then. But you see, I want to savour it, this feeling, this excitement. It’s wonderful, and rare.

What makes you fill this way?

Aspiring Manga Artists Selling Your Manga Ia An Option

Well at least if you live in the U.K.

From Anime Infatuation:

Orbital Manga has a doujinshi (self-published) manga section. They say you set the price of your manga and if it sells you get all the money. Take in a copy of your manga for them to approve, once approved you bring 3-5 copies for them to sell on their shelves. Then you can tell everyone where to buy your manga in a shop :)

If it works in the U.K maybe someone would bring similar opportunity to the new Manga artists in the US

You can find a full review of the last episode here I like the way that the tension is growing and the story progresses beautifully.

Sure the tension is a little high but I guess it is part of the whole deal.

I enjoyed it so far so I’m sure to love what’s planned for the future.

What Are Your Favorite Anime Movies?

I’m relatively new to the whole anime world and as it happens in most cases my friends are to blame for my  sudden fascination with Anime.

It took many requests and insistence to bring me to the first anime movie but now I’m the one pressuring them to get anime movies from time to time.

In order to see the safe choices I try to see the movies that others have recommended either personally or on their blogs.

In the meantime, from what I’ve seen I’m closest to this list but if any one of you have other suggestions I’d like to hear.
