Nasty, nasty Lurker... Don't you know that the regulars on r.a.a.music don't like people asking about mp3s?
To be a bit more constructive: I don't recall seeing any soundtrack albums available in the usual places, so I can't refer the original poster to a place where he can get the track legally. Has he considered

Hiroya Oku is the creator of _HEN_, so this is at the least related.
OTOH, EX lists these releases for 4/23/97 and 5/21/97, respectively:
