Is anybody aware of where I can buy popular Japanese Anime such as Love Hina and Rurouni Kenshin with English subtitles in either hong kong or london? I would really appreciate any help.

Legally, you won't be able to do so in London, since the shows aren't licensed for the UK. You may be able to pick up the Kenshin OVA's (under the name 'Samurai X' in a shop like HMV or Virgin, though it's pretty unlikely.

Hmm.. which one _are_they in? London and HK are very far from eachother. I figured if they _were_ in HK, they wouldn't need to post around asking where to get media...

Note title: English translated. Saying HK subbed DVDs are 'English translated' is quite a stretch.

Last time I was in Hong Kong, the HMV stores had tons of anime DVDs, over 90% of which were region 1 releases, so they were English dubbed and subbed.

Awww c'mon... they're not all bad... infact, some are very good. There are review sites [http://www.import-anime.com being the biggest and easiest to navigate] so you can avoid the ones that make you claw your eyes out. Some are even r1/perfect rips... waejsjfgasdjgjsd
