So, in _You're Under Arrest in America_, 'Rico offers to get the girls any weapons they want, from missiles to baby carriages.

Lone Wolf and Cub, as I understand it, features a tricked out baby carriage as a lethal weapon; does anything else?

Saw an old kung fu movie that had one. don't remember what it was. it had like a hidden gatling gun in it, but it was like in the olden days so it crazy looking.

there was one in an old episode of get smart, too, from what i can remember. obviously that's not eastern in any way, though.

That would be Lone Wolf and Cub. They did a live-action film of it.
