Does anybody else think that the english titles of Inuyasha are a bit too much of a literal translation of the Japanese titles?

God damn.

People bitch when translations aren't literal enough.

People bitch when translations are TOO literal.

People bitch when it doesn't go either way.

What does it take to satisfy a bitch?

Maybe, but since it's only the title, does it really matter? The script was well adapted / translated which is what really counts. The voice actors sound a lot like their Japanese counterparts, with the exception of Inu Yasha (not nasty enough). Myoga sounds exactly like he does in Japanese and so does Kagome. I'm looking forward to hearing the voices for Sango, Miroku and Shippo.
