Naruto Breakthroughs!

Live action Akira is going to be the second Naruto project of the Warner Brothers .

"Warner Brothers and Appian Way, Leonardo DiCaprio’s production company, will adapt the Katsuhiro Otomo classic manga to a live-action version. In Warner’s version, Akira will be set in "New Manhattan" rather than "Neo-Tokyo" (which is how it is written in the manga & anime). And New Manhattan is a city that is rebuilt by Japanese money."

I try to imagine the whole story taking place in New Manhattan or to visualize the end result but can’t really. Any way this are good news for the anime loves, which mean that the Naruto market is the US is growing and more stories would appear on the big screen.

I wonder what would the naruto and anime market would look like in few years time.
