I know this is going to sound stupid to everyone but I love the music from Super Mario bros 2, 3(NES versions not SNES), and world. I feel like a little kid when I hear the music from those games. I wish I could make a sound track of the music from all three of those games but Kazza doesn't seem to have any bits of music. I did however hear that japan made a CD with the BGM music from those 3 games. Does anyone out there have this CD? If they do, could they please make a CD copy of the music from Super Mario bros 2, 3, and World? I'm willing to pay if anyone will kindly do so.

The stuff you're looking for is all over the web. People have ripped the stuff straight from the games. They're not in MP3 or WAV format though, but MIDI format.

I don't have time to check right now, but it's possible that this CD might be available at CDJapan, <http://www.cdjapan.co.jp>...

You can actually get music-only ROMs and music-only-ROM players for much smaller file sizes than full game ROMs. They can play the files directly and export the music for compilation into MP3 or CD-R.

Some good URLs for getting these files are:
