Onegai Teacher English Voice Actors?

I was watching the trailer for the U.S. release of 'Onegai Teacher' and the English voice actress sounded a bit like the one for Belldandy from 'Oh, My Goddess!' Does anyone know if it is, in fact, Juliet Cesario? Also, who will be doing voices for the other characters?

If so, it'd be a amusing choice, since Mizuho's seiyuu was Belldandy's too.

Just occurred to me to google and see if Cesario played Aina (08th MS Team) too. She didn't... shame.

Aina's VA in 08TH MS team is Emily Brown (Melfina in Outlaw Star) Not Juliet.

You can hear Juliet as Myuki in You're Under Arrest TV series. (Besides Beldandy in the Oh My Goddess OAV'S)

As for Please Teacher.

From what I reas on the Anime On DVD English track forums it's Ruby Marlowe(Belldandy-Ah My Goddess the Movie) that does the teacher. Most likely dubbed by one of the Major Los Angeles Dubbing Studios. (Animaze Or BangZoom)
