Answering questions 1, 2, 4 & 7 together, the manga, created by Monkey Punch (Kazuhiko Kato), came first in (I believe) 1967. The first series of the anime (23 episodes) aired in 1971 - 72, followed by a second series (155 episodes) that aired in 1977 - 80. It's the second series that's currently running in the U. S. on Cartoon Network. AFAIK, the movies came after the second series.
Sort of. The 'features' currently being released by Funimation are from a series of 'made for TV movies.'
Funimation uses a different voice cast (taken from the same talent pool used in their dubs of 'DragonBall/Dragonball Z' and 'YuYu Hakusho'

for their dubs of the TV movies than Pioneer uses for the TV series, and both are different from the cast used in Manga Video's dub of Hayao Miyazaki's excellent Lupin feature 'The Castle of Cagliostro.' Miyazaki also directed episodes of both of the TV series. Many Lupin purists (evidently including creator Monkey Punch) take him to task for softening the character.
I'm not sure how many Lupin feature films and TV movies have been produced to date.
