Hello, Watching the second episode last night, i couldn't help but realize that some of the voices are the same as Vampire Hunter D. Indeed, Philpot, Dimaggio, and De-something are the names. My question is, where was this voice production made? I know the Inuyasha crew hails from Vancouver, what is this one from? ciao, Pianita

Hello, Watching the second episode last night, i couldn't help but recognize some of the voices as the same from Vampire Hunter D. Indeed, Philpot, Dimaggio, and De-something are the names from that other production. My question is; where is this voice production being made? I know the Inuyasha crew hails from Vancouver, where is this one produce? ciao, Pianita

Yep. Olympia (the mom) is the same lady who did Camilla, Alex is done by the guy who played D, and Aristotle is done by the same guy who did Meier.

I dunno if it's actually a 'crew' like ZRO Limit/Animaze or Ocean Group or Fuse. Unlike most anime, Reign is a union show (utilizes actors from the Screen Actors Guild) and uses union voice actors. So a lot of these actors (especially John Dimaggio) you'll here in a lot of common USA-made animation.
