Info, please? Anipike has only limited information on it. 8 episodes, but when was the series produced? How does it compare to other magical girl series?

A quick Google search tells me that it's about three dolls that protect a girl from the evil Dr. Scarecrow. Apparently it's supposed to compare favourably with Hime-chan and St. Tail - but the review I just read was by a site that only reviews shows they like. It's aimed at a younger audience than most mahou shoujo (Licca-chan is the Japanese equivalent of Barbie)

It's fairly mediocre, mainly because it exists solely as a vehicle for advertising the doll, which is apparently the most popular fashion doll in Japan. Think 'My Little Pony', or 'Jem' and you'll have a good comparison as far as 'quality' goes.
