The last time I got ripped off was when I sold my bike as a kid to some neighbours who never paid me for it. This is possibly because I realize that people who do scummy things to other people are quite likely to also do scummy things to me.

Um, subtitled commercial releases haven't been censored since...ever, really, with the very occassional exception (Kite is about the only thing that comes to mind).

Even hard core legit fansubbers told me they too were ripped off from time to time....so I guess it does happen..

Yes,there is a list of UN-reliable 'fansubbers' but a bit useless a hotmail adresses are just 'hot' for good reasons too,I suspect..

Note-Hooray for Bit Torrent so we can download good animes;much better than the numerous anime channels with their cryptic commands/limits..

And Bit Torrent has advanced the cause of animes by leaps and bounds and giving HKong bad anime translators a run for their money..

I have yet to see a decent subs from ANY HKong anime crap sellers..
